Technical Skills
Baywood Technologies, inc. is seeking creative, talented, and motivated individuals to fill our expanding solutions development department. Candidates should posses at least 5 years C# .NET development experience. Candidates should have work history with both Application (WinForm) as well as ASP.NET (Web) development projects. Experience with Web Services, WCF, and N-Tier architecture is a plus. Candidates should possess at least 2 years SharePoint™ experience with at least 1 years experience developing web parts, features, and solutions for WSS 3.0/MOSS2007. Experience with Expression Studios (Blend) is a plus. Experience with Silverlight technology is a plus. Candidates should posses a strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle. Candidates should demonstrate strong understanding of Agile development processes (i.e. SCRUM), TDD (Test Driven Development), Entity based architecture. Working knowledge of the .NET Entity framework is a plus. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of SQL and the SQLServer platform with at least 5 years experience Reporting Services experience is a plus, SSIS and SSAS experience is a plus. Candidate should have strong skills developing for Vista, WinServer™ 2008 and Windows 7 environments with an understanding of the security implications that surround these types of development environments.
Personal Skills
Candidate should posses excellent communication skills and demonstrate successful relationship skills working in a team environment. Candidates should equally be able to work independently with minimal direction. Client facing skills are a plus.
