Company History
Baywood Technologies was founded in 1987 under the name of Information Management Alternatives Plus (IMA Plus). IMA Plus originally provided consulting services to the international information technology community and over time, expanded its product lines to include customized software development, technical education and outsourcing. In 1998, the Consulting Division, along with the IMA Plus name and logo, was sold and the current company, Baywood Technologies, was established.
We have maintained an entrepreneurial philosophy from the beginning, advocating the highest quality standards in service to clients and in commitment to employees. This philosophy includes a dedication to excellence by hiring technical and quality driven employees with years of experience in the IT industry.
