CAMSpro - Maintenance Management System

CAMS is Baywood Technologies’ Computer Assisted Maintenance System. CAMSpro is designed to organize the full spectrum of maintenance activities for any type of facility, including: office buildings, hospitals, universities, schools, government agencies, airports, parks and country clubs. CAMSpro includes a complete preventative maintenance and reactive repair work order system and an integrated purchasing, receiving and inventory control system.

  • Automatic Purchase Order generation is based on user defined limits
  • Purchase Orders may be duplicated with a single click
  • Purchase Order receipts are quick, easy and are immediately posted to inventory
  • Purchase Order Authorization Limits may be defined for each CAMSpro user and through the use of a Blanket Purchase Order

Inventory Management

Detailed inventory tracking gives CAMSpro an edge over the competition.

  • Inventory may be maintained with or without Purchase Orders
  • CAMSpro handles the adjustment calculations for Physical Count and Reconcile Functions
  • Powerful browser shows all inventory activity in chronological order
  • Inventory items may be maintained at multiple locations

All of CAMSpro reports are Web accessible. This means any user on your network who has been granted proper access rights may view and print reports.
