History
Baywood Technologies was founded in 1987 under the name of Information Management Alternatives Plus (IMA Plus). IMA Plus originally provided consulting services to the Jacksonville information community and over time, expanded its product lines to include customized software development, technical education, and outsourcing. In 1998, the Consulting Division, along with the IMA Plus name and logo, was sold and the current company, Baywood Technologies, was established.
